Licences and Military Manufacturer Certificate

Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Latvia issues:

-   Special permit (licence) for commercial activities with the goods referred to in the Common Military List of the European Union. 

-   Military Manufacturer Certificate for the production of military goods, referred to in the Common Military List of the European Union (if a special permit (licence) for commercial activities with the goods referred to in the Common Military List of the European Union has been issued).

-   Licence for commercial activities with explosive articles of military nature and unexploded ammunition, investigation of potentially polluted and polluted territories and search, identification, removal, collection, and storage of unexploded ammunition.
